Performs new case docketing monitors charges to assure proper assignment of criminal code reviews legal guidelines via state data base. Monitor state code changes and updates City documents and records as needed to be in compliance with policies, procedures and practices of the justice judicial system prepare schedules based upon new and revised codes. Performs follow-up work subsequent to court sessions oversees issue and recall of judicial orders. Supervise the preparation for materials for each court session provides a variety of in-court duties. Manage workflow for court division, coordinate daily functions of court, maintain integrity of court records, evaluate and recommend changes in policies, procedures, and operations. Supervise court clerks trains and develops skills of employees assign and monitor work, hire and discipline employees evaluate employee performance, recommend personnel actions.
Provide close to general supervision to full-time and part-time Court Clerks. Work under general supervision of the Management Services Director. Perform a variety of first-line supervisory, routine administrative and complex clerical duties designed to expedite the functions, actions, judgments, processes and procedures associated with the Justice Court.
